Preyash Patel is a Chartered Accountant with diverse experience across audit, taxation, accounting, and advisory services gained during his articleship period. His professional exposure during training included statutory audit assignments, direct and indirect taxation, financial reporting, accounting compliances, and advisory engagements, which helped him develop a strong foundation in finance, controls, and regulatory frameworks.
Driven by a strong interest in corporate finance and financial analysis, Preyash began his professional journey in the valuation and advisory domain upon qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. At Valuesphere Consulting, he is involved in end-to-end valuation and financial reporting advisory engagements across diverse industries, including startups and portfolio companies of leading PE/VC funds. His experience spans business valuations, purchase price asllocation (Ind AS 103 / ASC 805), 409A valuations, portfolio valuations (ASC 820), ESOP valuations, impairment testing, valuation of complex financial instruments, and first-time adoption and implementation support under Ind AS.
Preyash combines analytical rigour with a practical and solution-oriented approach to deliver structured, commercially focused, and value-driven financial insights. Alongside his professional work, he actively researches Indian equities and follows capital market developments with a keen interest in business analysis and long-term investment opportunities.
