Divya Chari is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) aspirant who cleared CFA Level II in July 2025 and holds a B.Com (Hons.) degree from Ahmedabad University. She has previously interned with firms specializing in accounting, taxation, and research analysis, bringing a dynamic and analytical perspective to her work.
At Valuesphere Consulting, Divya is involved in delivering comprehensive financial solutions with a focus on valuation, accounting, and transaction advisory services. She contributes to complex corporate transactions by combining technical precision with strategic insight. Her expertise spans business valuations, purchase price allocations (including intangible asset valuations), and ESOP valuations.
